By using WannaGo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

WannaGo is a free event-coordination tool. It lets you create events, invite people, and track Yes/No/Maybe responses. You are responsible for the events and invitations you create and for the accuracy of the contact details you enter.

SMS notifications

SMS notifications are optional and opt-in. You add your own mobile number in Account Settings and confirm it by replying YES to a one-time verification text before any notifications are sent. Message frequency varies with your event activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. By opting in you confirm the number is yours and that you are authorized to receive texts on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use WannaGo to send unsolicited messages, to harass anyone, or for any unlawful purpose. Only invite people who have agreed to hear from you about your events. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No warranty

WannaGo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WannaGo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
